What you'll do:
- Conduct assessments, consultations, and in-home rehabilitation for clients.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Motivate and empower clients to reach their full potential.
- Provide clear and comprehensive communication with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Who you are:
- A registered Physiotherapist with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with neurological injuries (an asset).
- A passionate and enthusiastic clinician with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who thrives in a positive and collaborative environment.
